Bruice
If you have any further moans about the way someone has their profile set, please use the report abuse button, so that the matter may be correctly investigated.
Thank you
I would be more concerned with transvestites appearing as mugs of cocoa in chat or maybe as a tuning fork! Yeah that'd freak me out.

sarah, it wasnt a moan at anyone specific, although it was brought on by someone specific.
once you click on his profile he is very clear that he is a transvestite, but the profile is single fem. not sure what sh policy is on that?
i know for example some clubs let transvestites in for single fem price. tough call.

A fair point....some people are just so bloody serious on here.

The site policy is this:
Non Acceptable Behaviour.
Holding an account type that is deceitful to others.

However, the site also respects the rights of anyone who is going through, or has undergone gender reassignment. In other words, if someone is living their life as a woman, either as a pre-op or post-op transsexual, then they're entitled to have their intended gender in their profile.
If someone is living life as a man, and only occasionally dresses as a woman then that would be against the AUP and should be reported using the button on their profile.
I hope that helps to clarify the situation.
i always thought that transvestites did appear as single fems. what else would they appear as? menopausal grandmother in a gingham gown?
I have witnessed any number of incidents of intolerance and hatred based on ignorance of these issues in the chat rooms.
I'm glad cubes took the time to set the matter straight. Hopefully we will see a bit less of the intolerance which I think is based on the cretinous assumption that cd/tv/ts folk are an ideal target for asinine wit.
Why are u so fascinated b the cd/ts/tv issues brucie? Isnt it easier and more tolerant to live and let live? I think it preferable to turning up in public chat rooms with established tolerant participants and seeking to tease taunt and humiliate those who choose a variety of alternative lifestyles. What do u think?
brucie you should try stunners down in limehouse. there are some cracking tv's in that club. proper convincing ladyboys. along with drag arrtists and unconvincing tv's. its ,ot a bad night out when its busy. 15 quid as a guest first night. its okay, and lovely people. gets a bit bitchy on occasion, but its fun!
Todays moan will come later, along with a groan, a shake, a sigh and a big grin. wink
Yes brucie, fair point well made.. Im stuck between sylla and charybdis. On the one hand I love some of your outlook on life and your gigglesome joy at the diversity of people. On the other I do worry that its inspired by hatred rather than love. So whilst Im often tempted to join in with the giggles I cant afford to do so at the cost of tolerance and acceptance. Its a really tough situation to find myself in and quite unusual.
Thanks for the serious moment.
I have a really similar outlook but to an uninformed observer I think such an outlook can be perceived as hate if its not tempered with a principle of do no harm.
A wise man once said to me "Ben you are a rubber ball and you can bounce all over the room with all the other rubber balls but it wouldn't do you any harm to remember that some other people are china plates and u can scare them and some times chip crack or break them". That man earnt a little bit of my love with that wisdom.

in a rare serious moment ben i will tell you i have not an ounce of hatred. however i also have very limited love and am very discerning about who gets it. the others i see only as how they fit in with my needs/wishes. its a very selfish and pragmatic approach to life. great if you fit in to my plans, devastating if you dont.
im like an autistic kid without autism...

And very honest at least, most of the time

Oooo, I like that ben - here's another one:
"brucie you are a hammer, which is great as long as everyone/thing you come into contact with in life is a nail. If they are glasses, it may be difficult sometimes for them and you!"
ah that's a pity. i thought you might at least go for a recce. some of those ladyoys are very cheeky, you might come home a different man!

that is a wise man indeed. and it wouldnt do me any harm to remember it either.
however that clashes with my basically selfish nature. which i blame on my mother. she was a holocaust survivor and installed in all her children the very strong belief that you always look out for no1.

Wow, the 'real' brucie for two posts - it's very endearing actually and makes a lot of sense now smile
Back to ladyboys and TV's.
I used to be scared to death of them, seriously, at Dogging spots and/or bars I'd hide away.
I was Dogging/cruising one night at a well known spot west of London and following a very handsome bloke about (I was younger and could be bothered with the chase then!) He was following a TV, and the TV was following me. None of us had any interest in anyone other than who we were following. Talk about frustrating!
In the end, the TV teetered up to me and said:
"Honey, we could make this work for all of us know!" rotflmao
How cool is that? And it kinda did away with my fear of TV's forever.
I have a good mate on here who's a very convincing dresser. Sure the 'straight' blokes he meets know he's a guy but him appearing like a taller version of Liz Hurley in their heads makes it OK. He's a lovely, lovely person and makes a great 'women' and I'll treat him like one.
I'm with you 100% on the hairy blokes in a dress thing though brucie. I'm OK with it as long as they don't start to demand that I treat them as female when they are anything but... look and manner. They clearly do it for their own reasons which is fine. I suck cock for my own reasons. Just don't expect me to start to treat you like something you are not because you tell me I should. I hope that's not offensive to anyone? It's makes sense in my head :)
and on the other hand many would regard those who seek constant sexual activity with strangers as menatlly ill or even abnormal. I choose not to.

Its a great club and everyone is friendly - I had a great night when I went on my own smile
Honestly I see a great deal of similarity between your judgement of gender issues and others judgements of sex maniacs.

if it is obsessive and disrupts a functional life then yes it is abnormal and problematic.
but i dont believe for a second that you think that is a valid comparison.

None of which justifies being unpleasant or discriminatory - to one group, or all groups. As an adult we all have influences and tendencies but as adults we choose our behaviour. Even if that is to choose not to change it. Be selfish by all means, it has its place in self-preservation and it is your choice, but don't blame it on anyone but yourself.

I read that and suddenly heard the Benny Hill music in my head.

It would have been very appropriate to be honest wink
