Ok - so I've got a question. Maybe you guys can help me out here.
I'm a bi-sexual woman right. Okay - I admit to leaning much more towards Lesbian - and because of the prejudices of the Lesbian community - identify and live my life as Lesbian. But I also enjoy sex with men - so that makes me bi-sexual. Oh my god I hate labels!!
Anyway - the thing is: - I don't wear dresses and heels. I HATE dresses and I have no idea HOW to walk in heels! I class myself as a jeans and T-shirt girl (almost always commando). But my general feeling that within the swinger network I would be "expected" to don the enticing mini skirt, heels and suspenders If I were meeting up with a couple or group (I'm new to swinging - I remind you here). but I wouldn't feel comfortable - and by not feeling comfortable I wouldn't feel sexy sad .
See my dilemma? any advice?
Hi shynewbie, sometimes i want to dress sexy but don,t want to wear high heels, so i wear flat shoes and thick black tights , or flatish ankle boots with dressy pants i,ve also got three quarter length boots, i wear with bare legs and shortish skirt, not sur if thats any help to you, but it may give you some ideas cool
Speaking for myself I've never found "sexy" clothes to be really sexy, little white cotton panties under jeans and a T shirt does it for me every time, and PLEASE not tights, although I do like those new hold up stockings that work without the suspenders.
But then I have to admit I've never embarked on the swinging scene, so what do I know?
Answer, nothing.
Shynewbie, you should wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and sexy. The only woman I've ever been with (snogging and petting don't count, right? rolleyes ) would never have been caught dead in a skirt, heels or even knickers. Yet she wasn't butch. She was toe-curlingly sexy!
For the ultimate experience you've got to be comfortable with you.
Good luck and have fun lol
Wear exactly what you like, whatever works for you is gonna work for others too. There's nothing worse than seeing someone who is obviously uncomfortable with what they're wearing. You can't get a word of sense out of them, cos they're too distracted by their clothes, pulling em about trying to get comfy. confused
Everyone would much rather meet up with someone who was comfortable, relaxed, feeling good and happy with themselves.
Just cos you're a jeans and t-shirt girl, doesn't mean you don't come across as sexy. How you feel about yourself, your attitude, is what gives a person that 'sexy' look. cool
I've been to a few do's now and can assure you that a bunch of stereotypes is not what you will find, so stop yer worrying lol You'll be hard pushed to find a more diverse crowd 8-)
Hope this helps somewhat biggrin

I doubt it. Not in all cases anyway. If the people you're meeting needed more enticing, they wouldn't have arranged to meet you in the first place, unless you had all decided among yourselves that you were going to dress up.
If dressing up makes you feel good, do it. it it doesn't make you feel good, don't do it. Anyone who has a problem with that is no loss to you. biggrin

Hi shynewbie and Welcome to the asylum.
I've been sat here for a few minutes trying to pick the grown up words that say - be yourself, that's what I hope people would want you to be.
But Misscheif worship has both beaten me to up and put far better that I could.
Edit - And the wise sage Ice too wink

Does the wrapper make much difference? It comes off soon enough and then it's down to the contents of the package to impress. Also, I don't ever remember seeing someone like Suzi Quatro in feminine attire, but she was (is?) sex on a stick.
Do what makes YOU happy and others will be happy with you.

Aah - now there you go - bring on Suzi Q. Only watched Happy Days when Suzi was in it. And mum thought I was getting all gooey eyed over the Fonz wink
You do realise that most of you are strak raving mad - what I've seen so far don't you!? And I lurve it :!:
Hi shynewbie.. I know what you mean about the labels thing.. I was a 'lesbian' for 4 years when I was in a relationship with a woman.. and had a lot of other friends who were part of the 'scene' in manchester.. the moment I came out about being bisexual I was dropped like a ton of bricks!! Think they were the most pretentious group of people I've ever met.. plus bisexuals have more fun!!!!

Its the person who is sexy. Everything else is window dressing - admittedly, sometimes its bloody lovely window dressing............ but it is you who matters.
When I look at porn, I never bother with the ultra-perfect porn queen, loads of make-up, fancy underwear type models, because they are so posed, & usually look thoroughly bored. sad
I much prefer women who may not be "pretty", or wearing fancy lingerie, but look like they are having fun, because that is what reminds me of being with a real lliving breathing woman. :P :P :P :P
Oops...........I almost forgot.
Hiya shynewbie!!
(you might regret that nickname in a couple of months though)
Steve
