Having over the years had various run ins with customer services at BT.I stopped using them at home for a while.
Finally caved in and orders a new line and broadband at 9:30 yesterday morning, at 3:15 in the afternoon i get a text to say line has been activated.... got home later and tested it and it wasnt working, so phoned them this morning and within 3 hours an engineer was on my doorstep and fixed it in 20 mins..........

I got exactly this same service back last June and I've not looked back since, no problems with broadband, we are wireless and never crash.

In fact, these days I tend to judge a company by the way they address problems.
If they address problems quickly and effectively, that's a good thing. For me.
well i'd just to say....i've never had a problem with BT!
Things do go wrong,it happens!....but as Dambuster has said if it is addressed quickly and effectively....thats good in my books!

A true measure of service is how the provider reacts when something does go wrong... because at some point , it will!
I was told by BT customer care person that the underlying problem is they don't care about me as a customer, they would rather not have me cos I don't spend much money with em
I have a sneaky feeling it might've been the 'customer care' persons last day or something cool I was so stumped I just burst out laughing - there just wasn't an answer to that :lol2:
