If anyone has recently ordered stuff from and is panicking over delivery before this weekend (like I was) then hear this!
The main chap there did something silly and left his server open to abuse recently, so he has not been responding to emails. If, like me, you were emailing them to get an ETA on any recently ordered kit... this is why there has been no reply.
Please phone customer services on PLEASE PM VIX FOR THE PHONE NUMBERinstead of emailing.
He has got a shed load of deliveries to get out by Thursday, so yours may be one of them.

I'm glad you posted about this!! I sent them an email and they never replied, so the question is answered biggrin

. BTW, I rang them yesterday and he never said anything about this though, and he never rang me back either confused

So roll on Thursday, and lets see what happens!
