What is the best shape for a bush to be trimmed into? I have had the fully shaved look for a long time now and as my hubby is away for a couple of weeks I thought I might let it grow a little to surprise him when he returns. Should I go for a neat little 'landing strip' or a triangle design or has any one any better/different ideas? Would love to hear what people think.

Depend's how er talented you are with a razor i'm lead to beleave you can be pretty imaginative given care I have to admit my all time favourite was to come home after being away all week to find the initial of my first name (god only knows how :shock: ) but it still fills me with pride to think about it. biggrin

Hearts look cute, Ive seen a lightning flash done too but it usually requires a little help ......
But why stop at just a cute pattern - why not add a little colour too ?

thanks for the suggestions, im not sure i could do initials neatly enough but a heart design shouldn't be too difficult.
Dambuster - where can i buy one of those little lawnmowers?
