well I know feel the need to be cleansed and feel a confession coming on....
you see "dan" called us up at GNER assisted travel last week...and I took his call ..... he explains that he was doing a show at the fringe....and that he had a robot shaped like a hoover that please could we help him with since he was travelling from london to edinburgh... I said of course.... not normally something we would get asked... but hey gave us a bit of a giggle at the time
now obviously he didn't tell us what he was doing in the show with said hoover!!! kings cross who were in fits of laughter, told edinburgh who were pissing themselves who told us.....
now what do I do when "dan" rings us up asking for help on the way back??????
do i try to engage "dan" in small talk why sorting it all out....ask him how the show went ect.....
do i tell eninburgh and kings cross to get out the rubber gloves.......
so all my staff have been gigling about it all day.....
