I figured from the comments the least frustrating way to deal with this was not to open it, however.
Managed to do it the first time in about 8 moves but that was obviously beginners luck and the computer is now in danger of being thrown in the dustbin!
Just one more go!

I know what you mean!. This game is really addictive. Even though you get to the stage of proficiency that you trap the cat nearly every time, you still feel compelled to play another game.

well...my way of doing it was to block all the outside circle first so can't escape...the worked inwards....easy when you know how..lol
