Travelling

Something just occurred to me, and this may be a bit random but how many people travel, and how far for, for want of a better word, 'activity?' confused

Reason for asking is that i was once 'meeting' a girl who lived in Derby whilst myself living in Wales; very often travelling 2hrs for an evenings sex! :shock:
Many other people get up to this sort of thing?
(Wondering how long this thread will indeed last, or how many will reply to such a stupid question!) rolleyes

My understanding of the forum is that many people travel long distances to meet friends.
I have just returned from Ireland and have travelled overseas in the past (I really really love Ryan Air) and had folk travel from pretty far - an 8 hour round trip I believe it was last month.
Sometimes it all adds to the fun for me and makes it such an adventure.
Mind you I live in the middle of nowhere - even folk that I meet regularly and consider to be local are 40 miles away from me.

When I was young I did 1400 mile round trip for one special lady several times, but thats what you do when you are young smile

more recently, I spent several months travelling two hours each way for 8 hours fun
and then there was a memorable trip to a former city of culture :twisted:
and then look at the distances some people travel to munches
I suppose what you put in helps to determine what you get out
