Sadly this isn't a thread about philosophy and justice, the human condition or a discussion on the state of the world we live in. redface
Mrs Kiss and I were watching Trial & Retribution last night and we made the fatal mistake of snuggling up on the sofa - we both fell asleep and missed the end.
I realise that in the grand scheme of things it's not a big issue but we only missed the last 25/30 minutes after watching 2.5 hours. How annoying!
Anyway... if any kind person watched it and could PM what happened I'd be most grateful.
kiss in advance.
Aaw I'm sorry Kiss, I watched a programme on "rather overweight" people in Africa trying to survive on a berry! lol
How can you fall asleep watching TV??!! I have never understood people falling asleep when the TV is on, I have to be in darkness, silence and in bed most of the time unless I'm poorly and have never fallen asleep downstairs before! am I just weird?? rolleyes wink

I don't think you are weird. I actually have a problem getting to sleep normally, but Mrs Kiss calls it the magic sofa. confused She falls asleep all over the place (I'm now chuckling at the funny images in my mind :lolsmile whereas I only fall asleep downstairs about twice a year.
Thank you to the very kind 'chocolateman' who sent me a PM explaining the ending!
Thank you! kiss
sorry cant help you, but know how you feel my wife would fall asleep all the time i would have to tell her what happened. rolleyes
What's happening with the posts?
I was reply after UKwineman and now it's a different order!

Im sorry i cant help either as i was watching a programme about the smallest Dwarfs in the world. I cant remember the specific name for them. Omg there were so sweet, but unfortunately not many of them survive after their late twenties. oh yeah, i fall asleep nearly every night on the sofa before i get a lovely wake up call from joe, and off to bed we go.
Louise xx
oooh what a good programme a little sad ending tho
Sorry hun, I didn't see it. I was at my mate's house measuring up for flooring. I even missed 'The World's Smallest People' and I wanted to see that evil
Nooooooooooo …… yet another thread to spoil my image of you lot (the last one was about pyjamas I think) I thought you all would have been rolling around naked with several other swingers, melting into a hot sticky mess on the sheepskin rug in front of a roaring open fire, drinking, eating and being merry … not watching dwarfs n stuff surprised

Aaw I saw that too, it was on before the African one, they were indeed so very sweet but doesn't it make you realise just what people have to put up with out there? they just wanted to be like everyone else
"Waking the Dead" on the other channel is better, I think.
Glad you got an answer, Kiss.

I do try to enjoy Waking the Dead as I used to be a massive fan.
However I spent a few years being a boom operator (microphone on a stick) and worked a lot for the Home Office and on several Forensic Science training DVD's and have become something of an armchair expert.
Sadly I just sit there saying things like "That's utter rubbish and "There is no way they would be in there without a face mask" and "What absolute bollox" etc etc. It's really ruined my enjoyment.
Sorry I can't help either.
Was out celebrating the chinese new year be it a month early confused

Yes, Kiss, I understand. Years ago I worked in a few children's homes, and I have a similar reaction when I watch Tracy Beaker (not often).

No! rotflmao
It was quite a good job, but I don't think there is one innuendo regarding my 'fluffy thing' that I haven't heard.
When I first joined I did have a picture in my gallery of me at work, but for some reason it got deleted as the Mods didn't think that it was fair for me also to be showing the robes and face a Crown Court judge. :lol2:
