we have taken some pics for our profile which are in jpg but when we upload it just keeps saying "Pics must be jpg format" & "you need to choose a photo to upload"
The pics are the right format and we are clicking on them to upload, so any ideas please?

can i make a suggestion
you may well have taken the pics as jpegs,, but if you edit them and save them.. did you still save them as jpeg.. if you are using something like paint to crop pics it can be set to save as other formats .. just a thought
