Hi, we have decided to add some newer pics but despite the fact that our pics are already saved in a .jpg format the bulk uploader tool returns the error 'all pictures must be in jpg format'.
We haven't had this problem before, so is it broke?
There are a number of your photos waiting in the holding area, these have now been passed.
I suggest you re load any others and see what happens.
I tried to use the bulk uploader to upload those photo's, but it wouldn't work and told me that the pics had to be in jpg format.
I then uploaded them individually and they were accepted. I don't need to try to bulk upload more photo's to realise that there clearly is a problem with that part of the site.
Thanks pebble, I'm using firefox too, but at least it means the bulk upload is working for the rest of the universe so it's a flash problem at my end.
