Uploading images, please help.

Right I am new to this part of the site - so need a bit of help - well a lot to be honest rolleyes

I want to upload an avator from my pictures its only a jpeg so should be easy, I thought banghead

I would also like to be able to attach images to messages and copy other persons mails.
Please can someone help

Scroll down to the AVATAR CONTROL PANEL.
Click BROWSE next to UPLOAD AVATAR FROM YOUR MACHINE
Find the picture you want to upload then click SUBMIT.

As you can see worked out the advator part, now to move and Conquor the world with my evil plans :twisted:

Got the avators and the quoting, but lost with uploading images to post

Am sure someone will give you a link to a post where instructions for putting images in your posts are displayed but you do need to get them hosted online before you can use them.

Don't understand the bit about 'get them hosted online' and this is seriously damaging my plans to take over the world :doh:

Ok the site hosts small pics for avatars, but it won't stretch to larger pictures so you need to upload them to another site then the site hosting the picture will give you a text link to it.
You then add the text link to a post you make on here, but you need to tell SH that it's a picture, so at the start of the text link you put and at the end you put . SH now knows that it's a piccy and will go off and look for it, find it (if you've got the correct text) and then display it in your post.
Simple eh?
