you do know that any respectable medical/health professional worth his/her registration would know better than to give clinical advice to someone whose full clinical history is unknown to them.
I suggest you write to the agony aunt in some girly magazine where she can tell you that your current state of mind is due to your need to self destruct/bla bla bla/etc/fill in your choice of pschoanalytical jargon here.

I had a particularly difficult day at work yesterday, and as we won't be spending a night together til Thursday, had a night of debauchery planned.
I had to tell him that I felt dead from the neck down.
