Sorry if we're not supposed to post this, but though we'd better warn someone. Some time ago we received an email from a very attractive girl who said she wanted to meet up. As we're new to this we were understandibly excited, but when we sent a reply including pics we got a very far fetched excuse about why she could no longer meet. We left it alone until we came across this add the other day:

This is the same 'girl' who emailed us, but now her name is Amy, instead of Roberta. We decided to do a little investigation and it seems that these pics are taken from a site called There's even a warning on the site about how people have been using her pics to meet and rob people...
Again, sorry if this post is out of line, but as newbies we hate the thought of anyone falling prey to scammers like this. It's hard enough to meet genuine people as it is!

Abuse of the photo ads section of the site seems to be commonplace. Quite frankly I think it's a waste of time.
Fortunately when these kind of arseholes appear here in the forum they get sussed very quickly. On the whole though they steer clear of the forum.
Getting known in the forum is the best way to make friends and start to meet people in my opinion.
Hope this helps and good luck! wink
ES
Well she got a hit from me - well you've got to haven't you. But after a long agonising deliberation I decided not to smile
Every Ad has a 'Report this Ad' button - best to use that.
Yeah sorry. Truth be told we never noticed the report ad bit until you guys pointed it out. Probably too busy looking at the pics above lol
