OK. We give in!
How in the Blazes do we include a funny picture in the middle of the text of the message.
Pleez - Dont get technical with me - its all I can do to Pyte the rite worms. confused

If we don't answer tonite, it's cos we have parents round for my Birthday (which is tomorrow) Nosh. Tonorrow night we are having an especially swinging party with 5 other couples.

You need to have the picture hosted on a website somewhere, so that it has a URL you can type into your web-browser. For example:

Then type the URL into the message where you want the picture to appear, but put before it and after it, e.g.:

Then click the Preview button and check it works!
