This was that worst weeks reporting ever, my spreadsheet this week is covered with a blight of little green cells meaning, "using last weeks weight as nothing heard".
Winner of the accolade for best dieter this week goes to ............................
Steve-teesside :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
and the reason is that he is the ONLY person who has reported EVERY week, combined with being the only person NEVER to have had a week when weight went on. Well done!
14 respondents either by pm or web posting last week, can we all make a special effort to get those numbers up again?
NEW WEIGHTS IN MONDAY OR TUESDAY for WEEK 9.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I lost 1lb, but it's a start again after weeks of losing nothing
Keeping steadly downwards with a 2lb loss this week... only 2lbs from my target, but I'm not happy with the size of my belly, so I'll revise that downwards a bit when I get there.
<<<<<< still fat.
PM in your box, Musketeer.
BUGGERED!
Well not really, but scuppered anyway. I weigh myself at the same time every morning and record it for this web site on Mondays. Yesterday I doubled the length of my walk, had lentil soup for dinner and this morning I'm 2 lbs heavier!!!
How can this be? Complaining about it over breakfast herself said that she was "upset about my weight so I adjusted the scale"; well that's one way of doing it!
However it didn't matter much to me if the scales were right or wrong, (I knew I was a fat bastard anyway), it was only the amount they had gone down by. So now I don't know whether to try and readjust the scales back to where I "think" they should read, or show an unlikely and dispiriting weight gain.
What to do, what to do?
I think it's important to remember that this isn't about putting nice numbers on graphs, it's about getting healthy.
I suggest you set your scales to be as accurate as you can make them, because this will be useful in calculating your Body Mass Index , which should tell you if you are overweight or not.
If this makes your graph wobbly, so what? It's not about a graph, it's about getting to your target weight and being healthier.
