Hi All,
Well tuesday and first day of diet and I WAS doing really really well. Then in the afternoon me and Mr Tiggs got a phone call and we had to rush up to wokingham as a member of our family had been taken into hospital. Not much dieting took place im afraid. When I did it eat, sorry to say but I ate crap.
Oh Well back home at last now and starting again, Hopefully it wont show too much on the scales on Tuesday.
All I can say is that if we stick together we will all do this
errr...... my dieting so far has not gone to plan.
so i thought i would give everyone a head start!!!!
its not my fault there is a chinesse takeaway at the end of my road !!!

Well , 4 days in and i feel a lot better . Been eating properly , cornflakes , skimmed milk for brekkie . Lunch consists of a bagel , with a smidin of low fat cottage cheese . Banna & apple and if i'm really (really) hungry a yoghurt . Evening meal is something (?) with plenty of veggies . I've drunk the recommended mimimum of 2 litres of water a day . Been to the gym 3 times , walked the dogs and down to the village shop , a round trip of 2 miles and still can't manage to do 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer .
How's everyone else doing ?
yesterday was so hard at work especially at tea time everyone was eating coffe n walnut cake i sat dribbleing in the corner

I'm not doing too bad, was out with the horse by 9pm this morning getting some exercise after recovering from the cycling (bruised I am too!)
Not one chocolate has passed my lips today and I've eaten sensibly.
Sat here now with an upset stomach which is either due to nicotine withdrawal (no cigs for 6 days again) or the bloody diet and I can't work it out
OUCH
Need to go food shopping but I'm dreading it, has anyone got any tips?

Well they say that spicy food temporarily speed up your metabolism and so therefore helping you lose a tiny little bit, so theres an excuse :twisted: .

Well, I'm reete pissed off with the eye thing I got going on, so have been comfort eating, and drinking of course.
To top it all, have just been put on a very high dose of steroids for a week and they chuck the weight on.
Are we all going for a curry this weekend? I know I am.
