Yep, that too. Maybe "the bollox" is a contraction of that, but it's fairly common in my neck of the woods. :S

With regard to your first question, see my signature (though I ain't specifying which of my own three original questions I am talking about, if any).
If my reply to your second question was in the affirmative it might have nothing to do with length of neck or size of bollux. Such a feat would be no problem to any aspiring Yogi
