Weird Thing.....Anyone have any idea what this is all about?

Hello folks, I thought I would raise this as its the second time it has happened.
I got an Email from somone from a domain name. Anyway it said something like "a while ago you contacted me from the swingers site (no mention which one!) and Im mailing you to say i have met someone off another site so Im not on the scene. I changed sites cos I didnt think the blokes were real.
Now I got a similarly worded Email from somone on another name a few weeks back.
Now i have responded to ads and not had responses but these are too close to be coincidental.....they were practically if not actually word for word.
I just think this is odd....even if its a real person who I did mail its still an odd response considering the volume of replies the girls get who would bother to send this to all respondents especially ages later?

It's a standard scam to try to get you to sign up for a commercial website. The only way to avoid them is to make your e-mail address anonymous.

Definately sounds like a scam....they are standard e-mails looking for you to switch to a pay site!

Yeah I got that exact email the other day and also a few weeks ago, I hadn't replied to any ads so binned it. They're not the brightest spammer, they forgot the link to the paysite lol
