She did a sponsored abseil this morning for charity....the wonderful woman that she is!
For someone who is scared of heights (me!!) i know that is it not something that i would ever be able to do.....

Thanks for all your posts guys,
My friend an I should have raised about Â£700 which will go to Red Cross on the island but over all they are looking to have raised in the reigon of Â£50,000 nationally.
I had a fantastic time today it is a long time since I did anything like that - I left the scout movement 5 years ago - and I remembered how much I enjoy that sort of thing!!!!
