Well technically, no Flower . . .
As tedious a point of order as this is, so far the dullards can't be said to have actually won anything, given that as holders a draw is enough. As to whether it becomes an actual win or not does of course depend on what happens in Sydney next week.

And your point about the dullards killing this forum? Are you pointing out that there's more dullards on SH than intellectual people such as yourself? Or that intellectuals just don't post enough and therefore the dullards fill the void left?
Most threads posted on the forums be it in the cafe or elsewhere will by their nature have a finite life span - your thread about the Matrix 2 film for example - so will naturally sink to the bottom as more threads relating to current issues are posted. These threads in turn will have their "15 minutes" of fame before again being replaced.
Certain threads - the song game as a classic example, could theoretically go on for ever as music is universal, every one has their favourite song, artist, genre etc and new songs are being released all the time to add to the ever expanding list of potential songs for the song game, and new people are joining SH and contributing. Fine if that sort of thread doesn't float your boat then you have the option not to read it but many people do and join in.
I was introduced to SH a long time ago and was told that joining in on forum threads and chatting etc was a good way of letting people have the chance to know you better rather than just through your profile and blindly asking for a shag. This is what I've attempted to do lately although I've a very long way to go to catch up with the number of posts you've left, still I'm just a dullard posting randomly?!
I think your main beef is that the JFF threads were merged into the cafe and not kept separate such as the current affairs are, you can't really blame the dullards for that. They're just posting on the thread that they normally would have regardless of which part of the forum they're located in.
Embrace the change and move on :bounce: Look forward to many more postings from you Flower but don't let the dullards get you down, one line posts are equally as valuable as whole dissertations.

Above in red a very good point. I learn nothing about people by knowing they can string 5 words together or find a relation to a song from another song dunno

Its not brain taxing its not interesting. I cant get to know anyone or learn anything by reading those threads so I dont biggrin

As I must have said one zillion times now my issue with the JFF threads is not me reading them cus I dont but the fact they are there and make the forum look like a crap facebook profile update page rather than an interesting forum. As I have also said lots of times if I were to come to this forum today as a first time poster I wouldn't post I would read the top four thread titles and leave never to come back.

I think you can learn a lot about people who think it`s clever to string five words together or associate one word with another ....
