I have spent today interviewing ... asking the same questions and hearing the same shit responses all day!! The worst thing is, I have to do it all again tomorrow :sad:

My day was ok - but boring.
I'm writing training material for an IT system. Actually updating to the new version of the system.
Days of taking screen shots, inserting them into a Word document and updating the text. You have to check every image and every sentence to make sure it all hangs together and is correct. It takes just enough brain power to stop you thinking about anything more interesting but not enough to actually interest you.
Dull in the extreme. Dull as the dullest Professor Of Dullness, researching into dullness at Dulles University.
If I was interviewing I'd love to throw in a different random question for each interviewee, as much to see their reaction as to get a response.
Any suggestions what the questions should be?
I'd go for "tell me about the last time you had to run, why and where to/from?"

Today wasn't too bad. Tomorrow will be horrendous. We have a spot audit - I think theres been a complaint against a consultant in the office and as she's on holiday and the boss doesn't have a clue how the office run - guess whose gonna have to deal with it? At best there'll be a hefty fine involved (to the consultant, not the company) at worst we could be shut down, either way I don't need to be taking 3/4 hours out of my day when i'm already covering 2 workloads and am busy enough on my own desk with 3 days off next week.
Actually, today was ok till I got home and my best friend in the whole world phones to tell me she has the one thing that I want and can't have at the moment and I don't know how i'm gonna face her for the coming months. I don't want to loose my friend but I just can't face her right now :sad:
On the plus side, I have a meet tomorrow (if he doesn't cancel )

Bugga - some isn't far off :lol: I work in a cultural quarter and we organise graffiti/street art in liaison with the property owners/artists, run an art gallery/workshop, graffiti practice wall etc. etc.. The whole place is full of street art. Lots of arty younger men in and out all day - we need a huge fan in our place! Gets quite warm :lol:
Only offenders we see are the ones that got caught doing illegal graffiti - mainly in the operation Anderson bust of the 80's.

got weighed lost weight
got phone call from last CEO who has put me forward for a job, my Finance Director 3 FD's back is interviewing me, i am up against my 1st ever FD who was pretty much my mentor and almost like my dad ffs but its like the finance family back together the world deals some strange cards
another agency rang me about a job in sunderland they are putting me forward for
a different agency rang me after reading, sorry not reading, my cv on monster and offered me the opportunity of a job that was totally unrelated to what i do, but was from the industry sector i worked in, if i really wanted to be a call centre agent, not that there is anything wrong with that, but as i was the accountant for the call centre they obviously didnt read the cv as they were offering me a sales agent job lol!
went for blood tests, phlebotomist couldnt find veins, once again confirming i am actually dead, so i have to go to the hospital for them now
my friend left work early cos a grievance has been put in against her and she needed to sound off so we spent a couple of hours in a coffee bar while i listened
we then went to tesco for healthy food
i had a good chat on the phone tonght with my mam, then with an ex colleague
masterchef australia is on the telly soon
so all in all a feckin good day!
