I wish to throw myself on the mercy of the members here today.
My crime:
I sent a single woman a wink
What can I say in my defence.
1. She was bloody good looking.
2. She lived the other end of the country.
3. I had zero chance of getting lucky.
It was lazy and thoughtless. Please forgive me.

First thing I did when I moved back in here was put that automated response thingy on winkers. Well, I got a response back today from some guy who said "thanks for winking back" :shock: :shock: :shock: ............. Hehehehehehehehehe, I suggested politely that he read my profile....... :lol:
But Well, I do think winks are lazy things to do anyway, if you want to compliment someone that you think is good looking, even if you know you have no chance, it is much nicer, politer, and much more complimentary surely, to send them a personalised message..... at least it sounds sincere.

Despite my repentence on this act, I should say by the careful study of the number of views of my photo that she or someone did take a look at me. So, perhaps it wasn't the awful thing I originally thought!!
