Today happens to have been my birthday and Sappho bought us tickets to the opening night of Simon Callow's one man show about the life and works of Shakespeare. It was utterly brilliant.
This was rounded off by a superb Italian meal in the little restaurant right next to the theatre in Bath. Not only that, but Sappho is looking absolutely drop-dead gorgeous. Sleep is not very high on the agenda just now - apart from the fact that we didn't let each other get much sleep last night either! :twisted:
It is experiences such as this that make life memorable and enjoyable. Thank you to the love of my life for making it happen - and may there be many more evenings like this!
