About 3 years ago my ex-hubby joined another site, as he fancied the idea of swinging. We went along to a party just down the road from where i live, and my hubby found it wasn't really what he thought it was going to be like rolleyes

Then just over a year ago I took the step of asking my ex to leave, and in my wisdom re-joined the other site... Got back in touch with essexlady via the site, she invited me to a party in Surrey last August, which was a party held by an ex-member of here and there I met some fab people.... And was pretty much persuaded to join SH...
I joined SH 3 days after the party and the rest they say is history..... I've had some good times and a few bad times from here, but all in all I have made some cracking friends who are the main reason for me hanging around so much...
I love the fact that with this site I get to have a social life every now and then, even if it does mean I have to travel the country to have the night out, but I don't mind, cause at least going on a night out with the people from here I am guarenteed not to be judged :wink: (well not by everyone eh)
I probably would never have come across Swinging Heaven had it not been for essexlady, so to her I will be eternally grateful for introducing me to such a fabulous community.... and to Mark aka BBD worship

I've always had a kinky side and tried to encourage my ex wife to try swinging but she told me to fook off lol...
When I left her and found myself with my own place and the freedom to do as I pleased I googled 'Swinging +UK' and here I am..... and I haven't looked back since.
I've had to put up with some real fucking assholes and some insufferable liars along the way but I've met and played with some great people too - and made a few very very good friends.... all in all.... it's been good so far and as long as that feeling continues, here I will stay.

We were looking for clubs in the UK and ratings of them. Mr Burnie found the forum and said, I've registered, you'll like it.
Now he just sees the back of my head and hears a constant click click clickity click.
I love the witty reparte, and the fact you don't write something and have to look back 2 days later to see if anybody has responded.
Great site, and have been chatting with some very interesting people we are looking forward to meeting when we can.

what brought me to sh?, after scouring the net for years, in a vain attempt to find the perfect swinging site, a friend suggested tis one, and i have to admit, i have never looked back........unless asked to do so first :twisted:

The gilfriend said she is curious to try either ff encounter or a mff enounter. Suggested she trys to find something on the net and here we are, as we are still new to the scene and dont know anybody yet she still hasn't satisfied her curiousity.... hope its changed soon though.

well actually Stan Collymore Brought me here.
well indirectly he did. The news broke about his exploits up on the chase...and I commented to one the drivers at work that I had been living by the chase for last bleedin 30 years and no one had asked me to have a look.....he said you ain't going the right places are you......try Swinging heaven and that will put you right. That evening straight to PC and typed in Swinging Heaven.......still haven't seen anything up the chase...but at least i now know where it is supposed to happen !! And most of all had some laff's along the way.

I was helping my daughter do a project on various types of music and stumbled on it. I made a mental note and popped back later. I enjoy forum's more than chat rooms and I am a member of many which include computer tech,F1, footy but this one brings me the most fun. biggrin

i've been here over 18 months, and can't beleive a random thought could of changed my life in such a way. i have meet many great friends, who i can trust more than most of my friends that i have know all my life ( i know i'm still only 25).and have done things that i have only thought about doing. and most of all if it wasn't for this site, i wou;dn't be with the one person i care about the most in this world.
so thank you Mark! and the rest of ths site for making SH what it is.

Here, here this isn't a dating site you know ... its a swingers forum .. your not allowed to meet people here and actually fall in love surely, thats far too respectable .. now look here Jonathan you are letting the side down you know ... how are we going to keep those News of the World reporters in work if you start using this site for respectable activities .. As a couple we were already visiting swingers clubs before we found Swinging heaven :thumbup: Dino (brave man) was the one that brought up the sudject of swinging :shock: My first reaction, was not good and i must of scared the shit out of dino :scared: and dino didn`t ask again dunno

But he knew my curiousity and my impatient attitude would get the better of me, and i would bring the subject back up again. innocent

Dino was on google, looking for reviews and information on other clubs. He found SH straight away, and we read through the clubs and party section. Which we both found very helpful and informative, we soon realised how each club was different, offering a variety of themed nights to suit all sexual preferences. This helped us choose which club, what night and which theme we as a couple were interested in. We now realise, that searching and reading through SH together, gave us that opportunity to discuss certain issues that are normally awkward to approach.
We then started to enjoy reading threads in the cafe, which we both found interesting I also helped to answer some of our questions. This was all i expected from SH.
We soon realised we enjoyed spending time on SH, and started chatting to some great people, who we now wanted to meet socially, so we put our names on munch list :grin:
We have now attended many of the munches, therefore met many peeps of SH,
some have become close and valued friends.

Seriously now, We came to this site partially by accidant and partially by curiosity (depends on which one you ask lol)
But one thing for sure we are pleased we did find this site :lol: We have met a lot of nice people and have had a goodtime generally :lol:

Can't remember how we ended up here but placed an ad for a meet and had the usual rubbish replies except one, ended up meeting and they reccomended we join the forum, which we did eventually and now we are here and enjoying it.
Would just like to say thankyou for the good time and persuading us to join the forum to the person who did meet us(you know who you are).
