well need to have a real play about with stuff but i noticed colour and type sizing.
thought it might be me and still could be but this colour thing is messing up my eyes cant look at for to long.
any one else find it ??

I'd be more impressed if it was all spelt properly.
It should be 'You're looking at...' not 'your'. First thing I looked at, so not a great start for it. The gallery's loading a lot slower, too. Making control over the number of pic's shown at a time a premium feature's a bit mean.

It kinda looks a bit unfinished... and a bit blue but if it does the job then I guess it'll do! 
The overall design is nice, but there does seem to be a bit of tweaking needed to make everything perfect - the text size of posts is too small, as many others have noted. I can make it bigger in firefox, but that makes the side bar text huge.
If you took the "!" away from the "Welcome !" at the top right my name would fit in without wrap-round, which would be nice.
I'm surprised to see "Real Wife Swaps" still there in the left menu, it refers to something that finished at least a year ago, if I'm remembering correctly. How about putting a direct link to the "let's meet up" forum there, like the one to the Cafe that's already there?
Lastly, there seems to be a lot of wasted space in the forum between the righthand side of avatars and the lefthand size of the actual message, could this gap be closed up a bit?

couple of quick easy-fix things... the text on this button 
isn't properly smoothed, and as for the sticky, I can't help thinking snot isn't the most appropriate bodily fluid for the site, maybe white not green for this graphic?

I agree you need to get the side bar up to date it's been commented on a few times lately.
It's moving a lot quicker and I haven't had any error pages at all. :thumbup:

was reading sticky by st3v3 but didnt understand a word of it lol ( and dont think its coz I live a blonde life tho I do as H didnt either)
what did it mean when he replied about jeff and balancing?
pls help am trying to understand whats giong on lol
nice changes but agree with Kiss about the blue . very coldish and boxes keep overlapping menu's and such on right hand side

We had an outage earlier when the load balancer at the front end fell over, Jeff is going to configure one of the spare servers on the rack as a reverse proxy and we will ditch the load balancer as its quite clearly unreliable and not up to the Job.
My best guess is that a load balancer is a piece of hardware that shares requests to join a server (eg Chat servers 1, 2 & 3) evenly. So if 1500 people are trying to use the chatrooms, in theory, the load balancer should put 500 on each server and that should keep things running smoothly.
Obviously the one that was in use wasn't doing very well(or broke) so Jeff must have got a spare server out of the cupboard to take some of the load.

I've tried the View and Increase Text Size, but I am proper struggling to read it, especially when people have other's quotes in their post
In preview, the text is huge!
so, it basically of no use to me whatsoever as I can only read the posts that have been done in bold text by the poster
