It's true what they say about blind people being jovial, I look forward to seeing my blind friend, she is in a lot of pain most of the time, but within a few minutes of us going out for a walk, we have a right giggle... and some of the things she comes out with make me blush... She phoned me once when I was busy with my other half, and ribbed me mercilessly the next day.... she is 71.. and the people in her group that she goes to are just as bad....
She also has loads of gadgets to help her... she is a bit of a computer buff, and has a special reader system called Jaws that reads the screen, and it has us in hysterics sometimes if it reads something incorrectly...
If I'm honest, I have a better time out with her.. than with most of my sighted buddies....
