....really think you would enjoy only to find it was not so.
Mine was 'Fight Club' what a load of old tosh that was! I went and asked the manager for my £ back halfway through it, He said no the b*stard dunno biggrin
It really was crap though. I do remember someone trying to tell me it was full of hidden depth and meaning. Well ot must of been well hidden it escaped me. Utter crappola :D
I went to see a film about Shostokovich about 20 years ago in a big concert hall.
It was such dark, unitelligible torture that people started leaving after about 30 mins. Even the friend I'd gone with left after an hour. I made it to two hours, hoping it would get better and by then I was alone in the 2000-seat auditorium.
The running time was about four hours apparently!
Can't remember, but the recent indiana jones film was a waste of two hours of my life rolleyes
totally predictable and i was shocked that a speilberg film had such shoddy lighting & effects in places, not to mention a few major gaffs with the content.
Cloverfield.
What a load of pretentious crap.
The potential for the best monster/disaster movie ever made and what do we get, long shots and 'tension building' with a two second shot of the creatures left ankle right at the end.
Arse!

Thank you! I was starting to think I was the only one who thought this film is utter shite! I only watched it til the end out of politeness as I saw it with my best mate and it's one of his faves. I sort of hazed over half way through

I think the film was "cruel intentions"
starred George Clooney and Cathrine Zeta Jones, i just thought it had to get better and if anything got worse...
but must say there have been loads of films that have been watched thinking they will get better only to find they have finished and they didn't get better lol lol xx

Apollo 13 I seem to remember as being pretty dire... we were babysitting my best mate's little brother. I was hungover. It was a trauma.
Hmmmm... probably think of more later!

Yes unfortunately, but it got better because after around 45 minutes of what seemed like hell we managed to talk our daughter and her friend round to popping next door to play ten pin bowling
The sixth sense, everybody bleated on about what a great film it was, but I figured out the "twist" almost immediately.
some people wewe completely shocked by 'the twist' when they wealised about it though- i didn't undewstand how you couldn't see it coming! i still kinda liked the film though!
