Evening all,
Just a quick explanation on the downtime...
Our hosting provider decided they would unplug half of the servers in our rack because of a billing error in their system.
Needless to say we are absolutely infuriated by this and will be following this up in the morning.
Once we got them plugged back in it takes a while to re-sync the data between servers. This is all now complete.
Just to reassure you all the site is technically fine and the great uptime /performance we have been having this year will continue as normal providing no decided to pull any wires out of our servers again... which we will make sure off.
Anyway, apologies to all, have a good one, I'm off to let of some steam
