I have always clipped and then shaved, but even if razor blade is new, it itches like hell within a day. So many pictures or perfectly smooth ladies on this site...how do you get it like that!!?
What gives the most comfortable and best end product..shaving, cream removal or waxing? I don't care about the pain of removing the hair...just want a good finish and no razor rash!?
Advice much welcome! smile

I haven't looked back since someone on here (think credit goes to Jas-Tim) said they used hair conditioner instead of expensive shaving gels/creams.
I've never used anything else since this invention, tis bluddy brill!! biggrin
As for the itching - I used to itch like crazy just as the hair started regrowing  I found that the itching eases a lot, the more you get used to being shaved...... would be interested to know if conditioner helps the itching. I can't remember if it was conditioner or getting used to shaving that worked for me dunno

I reckon Lenor used liberally could get rid of the itching as well as that really annoying static cling.
For really stubborn hairs that just won't seem to go use

Cheapo ladies disposable razor plus Simple soap for lubrication, then post shower/shave a liberal application of moisturiser to the ol' meat 'n' two veg.
I found after using the moisturiser (Nivea after shaving balm) it cut down the itching quite considerable, any rashes too.

Firstly welcome! :welcome: hope you have a good time on here...
I posted a similar thread when I first started posting on Forums .. have a search for it and a giggle.. had some really funny replies! - still haven't figured out how to post links though many have told me... right numpty I am... can some kind person do the honours? you will be paid with chocolate.... biggrin
Personally I now use hair conditioner when I shave.. though I haven't done for a while... at the moment I like the furry feel!

Snap on my legs, conditioner all the way.
My mufooni is sensitive though so I use shave gel there as I find it helps stop the soreness from shaving.
I used to wax/epilate - but have found myself more sensitive lately so cannot bear it now.

I way too much of a wimp to try waxing or epliating around me bits, so I use cream on the bit up the front (the pubic area for anyone who doesnt understand my directions) and shave the sensitive bits below. However, I am definately going to try the conditioner tip (I bought this enooorrrmooouuuussss bottle of Treseme, which is horrible, so I may as well use it up somewhere) wink

 The best my bits ever looked was when someone else shaved it for me. Looked good enough to eat... if I do say so myself! lol You know what I mean...
Just can't get same results on a diy job I find, so my vote goes for waxing.

I have done the razor thing just lately ... OMG why???? Can't wait to go back to waxing, hate the rash, the itch, the burn, the ingrowing hair, the faff!!!!
Wax ... hurts for all of a few seconds and the results last for weeks and none of the rough itchy regrowth!

Unless like me your allergic to waxing (found out rather painfully) and shaving seems to very very nice in comparison
