What the best first line to use in a bar/club?

Well everyone, I was just wondering, in a pub/club situation, or when meeting a women u like in any social situation, whats the best first thing to say to a woman to start a conversation? Guys and girls, whats your thoughts? Whats worked best for you?

At the risk of being called pretentious by Wilki, I must say that I've never believed in chat-up lines, or other strategies or tactics in chatting people up. For one thing, most people can detect insincerity (which is what it is, basically) a mile off. I think people should just learn to be themselves and speak from the heart.
