Can anyone help me with my dilemma? I am going to Leicester next weekend (16th / 17th December). With GoE closed, where's the best place now for a good night out?
I seem to recall a post that suggested that G-Spot was now under new management. Is that true and has it improved?

What to do in Leicester?
The g-spot is under new management yes 
and i must ad the new manager is very enthusiastic, and if you have any problems, just let him know and he will listen to you and sort it imediately,
there hasn't been much of a change as yet to how the actual club looks but there is a lot of changes to come so a little bird has been telling me :)
There is however going to be a grope box as from this sat if its complete by then so thats something i am looking forward to being in hehehehe :twisted: and also there will be a swing there to
The club is slowly starting to get busier but still has a long way to go.
And yes, normally we go every sat night, 9pm till about 3am and occasionally 1 of the other days it opens.
So far we have not had a problem there which is a surprise with me being a nudest and always walking about naked there.
All in all i would say the club is slowly climbing to a better place but still plenty of room for improvement :)

also have to agree, its the people who make the club and so long as they keep letting the same customers in i really can't see the place changing, will take much more than a lick of paint

As for the 'dogging' area - I thought I was going to piss myself laughing because it is so crap
the club has changed management since then plus....the g-spot don't have a dogging area, sure your not thinking of garden of Eden as that did have a dogging area, GOE has burned down though now...
As for going to chams then yeah if we had a car we would go every week to either chams or x-tasia but as we don't have a car and g-spot is the only one that is near us then we have to make do,
I'm, not saying the g-spot is our first choice, its the only choice we have, just saying that its not quite as bad as it used to be

I do wish the new management luck - They are fighting a tough battle with the damage done in the past but I have nothing against them which is why I suggest people chat to you as you have the most current experience of the place.
I'll stick to Chams as and when I can get there. :wink:

It is a very tough battle he is fighting but it is getting there, last saturday was very busy we got told, ( we went on the sunday last week ) so it must meen something if more are going...
I'm not saying its the best, all i am saying is it has improved in the few months the new manager has been running it, they have got plans of doing the place up and they are cutting down on the amount of single guys that come in, Only time will tell to see if all there proposals do come to life though, so were just sitting on the fence and hoping for the best.....or pass the driving lessons whichever come first lol

I haven't neen to G-Spot for seven or eight months and it hasimproved, under new management.
There were quite a few couples there and a friendly atmosphere. What's more there weren't the large groups of single men that have marred the venue in the past.
Good luck to the new management in their efforts to renovate the place and thanks to Shaz_n_Tony for looking after me.

As we said, it is quite there now as the club has got a bad reputation but give it time, if they carry on with the plans they have for it and keep it running like they are now then hopefully it will pick up again and get busier

Shaz: Yes I certainly enjoyed the 'experiment' and I've got a sneaking suspicion you did too
I hate to rub it in, but you missed another good night at G-Spot on Saturday. True, it started off very quiet but I'm glad I persevered 'cos it really livened up after midnight to become one of the liveliest nights I've known there. Several couples were really getting into the 'swing' of it :lol.
