What to do on a Sunday?

It's MrC's 33rd birthday soon and for it on Sat 31st we're off to La Chambre, we've decided to make a full weekend of it but we're stuck for something to do on the Sunday.
We find ourselves with a car, some cash, no kids and no idea where to go.....any ideas confused
