This is totally hypothetical, but if the government got involved in your sex life, would you rather?
A) Be required to file a request with the government in order to receive oral sex
or
B) Have a “Total Number of Sexual Partners” box on your driver’s license.

I would go with option A .... To be honest I'm not overly enthusiastic about receiving oral sex. I find that most people (male and female) need a map!! If I had to send my drivers licence off everytime I shagged someone different, DVLA would have my licence more than I did!!
