I woke up this morning (actually it was more like afternoon!) with a cold. I have a totally blocked nose and can't taste anything. I thought I'd be clever and make chicken with garlic and chilli for dinner so that it might clear my tubes... well now I'm trying to eat noodles with a runny nose and a gob that's on fire and you're gonna be able to smell garlic off me for weeks to come. Can I taste it? Erm that would be a no! rolleyes

One of my famous mushes! Onions, garlic, various herbs, Mushrooms, broccoli, chopped sprouts, carrots, barley, lentils, oats, vegatable stock, pasta. All done in cold pressed virgin olive oil. Then followed by fresh fruit salad in soya yoghurt. Heaven! biggrin
