Posted this on another thread but I thought it was worth a thread of its own.
When I joined I chose a name that wasn’t connected to me at all. I am not aware of any link between KEENO and the ‘real’ me. However since I have been here the name is beginning to take over my life.
I am now used to people here calling me KEENO and I am pleased to get a name check in posts. I now have a Blog with the name and an e-mail address. The name is taking on a life of its own.

I'm not going to change my name or indeed pretend to be someone else (like some
)I did think about it but DirkGently or Steerpike or Knobend really didn't feel like me.

I toyed with changing my name here a few years ago, but I couldn't really imagine myself with another name now.
When I log on I become Sgt Bilko and forget my real life for a while!

It is amazing how your screen tag can become so much a part of you.
I like being jack, it's like my alter ego. When i'm jack i can be that bit naughtier, that bit more confident. Altho i must admit, since starting swinging I have become a bit more jack-like, a bit more confident in vanilla life as well, not that i was particularly shy and retiring, it just gives you a bit more, well for me it does.
And it has crept slightly into our 'real life' it has occaisonally slipped from curvy's lips in normal social situations , but so far we've got away with it, well we reckon so
