Just a querie to all experienced swingers. When do you become a hardened swinger. There are loads of ads on here & other sites that say done this a few times but not hardened swingers, so that made me wonder what the criteria is. Is it number of times, number of different people, period of time or what? Or is it a desire by people not to be seen as slappers or sex mad? I guess by whatever criteria you use I'd have to count myself as a hardened swinger, so does that make me a bad person, or just very fortunate to have met some very nice people & been very lucky? I really am interested in your views as I don't think it's been disscussed before, but does seem to feature quite heavily in some peoples ads.

When do you become hardened?

We are unhardened which to us means that meeting/playing with a couple is still a huuuuuge huge deal which has to include pre-meet familiarity and aftermeet chats with a general glowy touchy feely attitude towards them and an urge to dicuss and have a good chat and laugh about the meet....maybe with a view to another meet??? 
We recently met a couple who were hardened swingers. We met, played, all enjoyed, but that was it.........fairly cold before, fairly cold after...more of a .."yeh, so we played together, what of it?" All we wanted was a little aftersales serivice,lol. Make no mistake, we knew the score before we met this couple but werent quite prepared for the casualness of it all.
This isnt even a critisism. Hardened in general refers to an increase in robustnus.....similar to most of us with xmas...how CAN Xmas today ever compare with those first few Xmas`s?
Mind you, having said all of that I dont think this automatically means that people who have had multiple meets do not cherish the meets and friendship as much....not all people are unmoved and impassive. We know this for a fact.

everyone has their own interpritation... for me its when meeting someone or a couple no longer gives me a tingle and butterflys, its the buzz of meeting new people, the worrys about if they like you and we all get on, if we play will they say after i've left, "we enjoyed that" when I dont give a damn, then I will be hardended!
