and from a reg into an old couch (part of the furniture)?? dunno
anyone know?
we hear a lot of mentions of newbies, and we know that thats someone who hasnt posted in the forums before and /or someone whose just joined the site
so when do you get the promotion to be referred to as a reg, or one of the 'old hands'?
In the forums I guess is when you click on the user name of the poster and it says GODLIKE lol
In the chatrooms it could be when lots of people start to say havent we spoken before redface dunno

Whoops you dont click you hover on it with your cursor! surprisedops:
I don't know.
Forumwise for me it isn't about post counts - cos sometimes I post lots and then other times I don't, so my post count is misleading.
I guess it could be about frames of reference - ie when you are quoted by others, or when people refer to your threads in other threads... dunno
Chatroom-wise, I think it's when you have regular chats with people in the same room(s) and you become a recognised name or face.
But then there are the munches and socials, now I've been to a couple of them I feel more like a 'regular' as I do actually have old friends to catch up with as opposed to just new people to meet.

There's nothing regular about me! lol bolt
I think nola has hit the nail on the head perfectly there.

my guess is you start as a vigin ...then on to newbie...then on to...reg...then on to old hand...then on to ....the elusive moderator xxxxx
talk to peeps they will then talk to you....the more you put in to something the more you get back.

Same here: when the SH takeover occurred in November 2005 I can remember I had a post count of over 3,500, so I've only posted 1,400 or so in the past three years. So I don't regard myself as a regular anymore, just a very occasional occasional.
Get a blow job/oral off a mod?
In which case I am still a newbie after 4 (omg is it THAT LONG?) years.
Just spotted it's my 4th swinging anniversary on Tuesday biggrin

Of course on cam it isn't always your face that's recognised. :giggle:
Well in terms of meets I'm still a newbie
In terms of posts I'm erm erm ....
Think I'd be classed as a reg!
People may have joined years earlier & have only a few posts. This could still make them regulars if they just go on every day to have a perv wink
My purple line is at its end so I take it I'm a regular in the forum lol
We perv regulary
& we go in the chatroom regulary
Does this mean we're more than regulars dunno
I just enjoy all of this site
