when is an ad not an ad?
when watching BBC1 for instance, they show a clip promoting something on say Radio 2
thats not an ad, its a promo, only commercial stations show ads, and with the unique way the BBC is funded, they wouldnt entertain advertising
maybe they only have limited internet access...
There could be many reasons or scenarios.
How about they join here and write an ad whilist drunk or depressed and then in the morning have second thoughts?
Sometimes we answer an advert and get the reply, "sorry can't meet for several weeks".
So are the advertisers testing the water to see if they will get replies?
Did they look at our profile and think "oh NO"? If so it would have been better to say so outright.
Or did they get so many replies that we were in a queue?
Anyway, someone saying we can't meet you till next April is unlikely to be a good bet for a meet we would think.
