I think you will find that it is on prescription, it costs him nothing and is served to him in a little plastic beaker at night by the ward Sister, who then makes him open his mouth to prove he has swallowed it.

Lets put it this way....
It involves potatoes, corn, some strange stuff, copper tubing, lots of heat, and catching the steam and returning it to a fluid....
