hello i am a kinky man i have a big fetish for high heels but at the mo all i see is flip flops and flat shoes can any one tell me why this is is it due to the heat or time of year or fashion maybe i am wrong but i think heels goes with any things ? if you are wearing heels let me know and what thier are no reson just like to know help me lol from a shoe mad man in essex ha ha
Ah yes, heels. I love them. And I have some lovely ones too :rascal: but if I'm walking round town doing some shopping then I'd rather not break my neck! Some shoes are made for the bedroom only methinks!
I love heels too. I just don't wear them any more. I hurt my ankle about 18 months ago (wearing flip flops I might add!) and it's never been the same since. I like to be comfy! Heels do come out on the odd occasion I have company though! :rascal:
feet swell in the heat also which makes any closed in shoe uncomfortable, i live in flip flops and open flat sandals in the summer, for pure comfort. Some surfaces are also quite dangerous for heels especially if the stilleto heel is a metal tip i totally love shoes but certain shoes are for certain places there are some people who live in heels no matter what the weather etc and are perfectly comfortable, i am not one unfortunately plus the fashion at the moments gladiator sandals some of which are totally gross
It's hot so flip flops are more comfortable. As someone else has said, feet swell in the heat (and heels) I wouldn't agree that heels go with everything either. I went on a date last night with a guy who I know loves heels. At 9pm it was 27 degrees so I wore a rather gorgeous if I do say so myself maxi-dress (and little else ) Heels would not have gone with that at all *Her*

Well mrs777 always wear heels without exception, apart from to bed of course. Hang on she does that too. But we were out shopping yesterday and we went into a shop and she started looking at those maxi dresses....sorry I think they look a bit like long maternity dresses. Well anyway she was thinking about buying one, as her 17 year old Daughter has some. I nearly fell over when she mentioned it to me as I stated you cannot possibly wear heels with it. Well she brought a pair of flat sandals but they still had a bit of a heel....jeeze. Just waiting now for her to come home with a maxi dress in multi colours.
i never ever wear heels, i hate wearing them because they are painful and they make me walk like i have pooed myself lol i am a straight woman so im not "interested" in other women but i never feel they look sexy in heels, they just look uncomfortable i love flat shoes, sandals, especially some gladiator ones, flipflops and boots however my fave footwear is my converse
I really didn't need PoshKate to persuade me to buy them either :giggle:
Ahh but I loved sharing the joy of buying them :giggle: Although I was probably the wrong person to ask whether you should by them or not as there was only ever going to be one answer! :lol2:

There really wasn't any point asking either of us!! :giggle:

I want, I want, I want :inlove: I so love heels and patent shoes, there`s something about the shiny leather that is jsut so hwoar: However in this hot weather I do agree they aren`t the greatest thing to wear as I don`t think they look right with a nice summer dress, sandals are more appropriate, and trainers are just made to wear for the purpose of exercise there is nothing sexy about them at all.
I have to agree that those shoes are fab  I didn't think that I had a shoe fetish per se, but I do think that attractive shoes or boots can really add the finishing touch to a woman's look. I also understand the comments that some of the ladies have made about certain footwear being for the bedroom or private meets. I have to say that Sappho in a basque and thigh length boots is a real sight to behold! Will Now in need of either a cold shower or a warm Sappho!
I have very short legs and they could do with being a little trimmer, so heels compensate for some of that, especially in a potential 'meet' situation. Also being about 10" shorter than hubby means I can wear them without towering over him, and it makes reaching up to kiss him a bit easier. I have quite a variety of shoes and heel heights, but always room for more I wouldn't wear high heels all the time though, I don't want bunions or short achilles tendons. Variety is the spice of life they say...........
I love my heels but always go out on a night out with a pair of flip flops stashed in my handbag just in case of unexpected long walks. Flip flops are less likely to be noticed than walking in agony.
i think anyone who can wear heels is a masochist, but very accomplished. i can only assume that people are now getting knackered feet and only wearing them when necessary now.

Hmmm.... I wonder if that's what gave my dad his bunions*? :giggle: *
I adore high heels, but with school runs and walking to work im better off in walking boots! Im just getting to old to be hobbling around in too high a heel, so save them for the random night out when i may actually be sitting down! My current faves are my DP black patent shoes, Dorothy Perkins for all you perves! ;) Platform sole and really high heels, gives height to my 5'2" lol.
I might need to say it quietly but whilst I adore high heels and nothing looks quite so sexy as a well turned out lady in killer heels, I also find flip flops very sexy... But, they do need pretty feet, well manicured and painted nails..
I only started wearing heels semi regularly this year. Prior to this, I've hobbled along once every 2 months or so to a function in vertiginous heels, but I'm aiming to make them a daily staple. (Apparently there isn't a trick to it, just lots of painful practice). My motivation is that thanks to my oh, I now own a few pairs of seriously good, expensive shoes and want to get some wear out of them dammit! Talking of daily heel wearing, has anyone been watching the Apprentice, notably the women stalking around in their tight skirts and killer heels? They look gorgeous and as they can run around London all day in theirs, it spurs me on.
