Hi folks first post,
My better half is very very bi curious - there is a lady she is interested in but that girl is in and relationship with another girl. So as not to make waves we/she decided to leave well alone because they are good friends.
Acouple of times she has had offers last one NewYears but wasn't Bi/Cur at that time.
So if she meets the right person she would like pref 121 to see what its like or maybe a all girl 3sum.
Not just a meet and sex but out on the town drinks dancing conversation and take it from there. got to admit she gets alot of attention from guys and gals and I have given her the go ahead if she meets the right girl ( turns me on abit thinking about it, I must be a perv!! ).
Now how can u tell if a gal is Bi out in the town...??? Are there signs u look out for or what..? she she better of with another Bi woman or a lesbian..??? how can she send signs she is up for gals..??
cheers guys
Its not always obvious at first .............you have to look for subtle clues.
Silk and Big G, that would certainly make life a whole lot simpler lol

Well I'm a bi girl and I have no idea how you 'tell'. There aren't really any speical codes or anything. You're probably best just going to a swingers meet - at least then you can just talk honestly to people.
Maybe if you hang out in Gay bars, then some of the girls will be bi or lesbian!!

Okay thats fair enough - what about " should she try a bi or a lesbian"
I can take her to a gay bar but wouldn't that look abit funny with me there..? don't really wanna let her go alone. Any Tips...?
One tip is to bear in mind that the clientele of a gay bar may not be best pleased to have straight couples in there looking to pick someone up for a threesome.... it's a complaint I've heard a few times from gay friends.
If she's trying to meet a woman without you, a gay bar might be quite a good idea, although telling people she has a boyfriend and is just looking for sex might not make her popular (depends who she meets, I suppose, it might make her very popular! lol )
However, if you're trying to meet someone together, steer clear.
Have you tried the photo ads on here? If you place an ad, you can ask for exactly what you want, and you might just find it! You can also be honest about your relationship and what you're looking for and not looking for, thus avoiding misunderstandings! smile

Erm... You might want to take a look at this thread, first.

Well ,all we can say is the Gay Bars in Newcastle are very straight friendly. While Shel is bi, we don't advertise that fact in the pubs in Newcastle as we are mainly with "non-scene" friends.
What we like about the gay bars is that they are non-judgemental, ie Shel would wear kit which might get comments in straight bars but no problem in Gay Bars. Also, we have no problem about intimate touching in Gay bars, often I will stand with my hand up her skirt fondlling her, not blatent, but not totally hidden either!! No-one comments!!
When we are meeting swinging friends we nearly always meet in Gay Bars, again, the girls can wear what they want and if they happen to want a little smooch or light fondling, no problem. We have seen girl to girl oral fun in one of the bars!!
Shel has often been approached by bi or gay girls in the Gay bars, while I was with her, so don't think it would be a problem if we approached a bi or gay girl.
So if you want to meet a gay or bi girl without going to a swingers club, (which is probably the easiest way) come to Newcastle!!!

I'll second that - the pink triangle in Newcastle is a great place.
Even dressed head to toe in pvc or leather I don't get half as many odd looks as I would in the straight end of town

Yes she's trying to meet a girl without me 121 - so if I go with her to a gay bar would that look very suss..? she's not just looking for sex, she wants it to be the right person as well. The ads are alittle scary ( muff shots etc )
What if I took her for a weekend in Brighton any clubs pubs that have good music (r&b reggae) and pretty gay gals.? Only been there once on a course so don't really no the area, as long as I don't get a black eye over it.
I have my reasons 4 agree'in to let her do this. Just want her to be happy so I won't be joinin her in this fantasy, although I have thought about it a few times - maybe down the road. She may not even like it.
The only 'tip' I could give you is that I read on a US site that bi women wear thumb rings as a 'signal', though so does my g/f and she hasn't done any bi stuff (yet!).

which hand left or right.....???
I don't know if it matters. I just read a gay/lesbian section discussion group out of interest and many girls were enthusing about looking out for girls with thumb rings, like it was a definite sign. As I said, I'm not saying it means that every girl who wears one definitely is bi. It's a bit like gay men wearing a ring on their 'opposite' wedding finger. So do some divorced men, so you can never be sure.

In the UK it used to be a a ring on the pinkie - but that was when gays and lesbians couldn't be as "out" as they are today!.
Ski69 - I can't give you any easy answer to this. You may want to try , but it is going to be difficult as lots of Lesbians really have a dislike of bisexual women.
IMHO - the best route is through a swingers site like this. Just take your time, be honest, and, most definitely don't rush into anything if it is to be a first expereince. That mutual attraction is a must as far as I am concerned.
Good luck kiss

At a push, try a Rock club/pub.
We've found that girls in there are very receptive, but maybe that's because we're just gorgeous innocent LOL (or is it because Lianne is a pouncer)
