Is it just me or do other people find when they're tired they go really cold and nothing but a nice warm bath warms them through properly......well apart from a good vigarous sex session that is.
Has anyone any novel ways of getting the body temperature up they want to share lol
When I am feeling ill cold... as in I think I have a chill, rather than just a temperature drop, then I always have my pashmina on standby in my work bag to wrap around as a scarf or shawl. It's my failsafe!
Oh, that and a cup of tea!

(I kid you not...)
I been studyiny a bit of biopsychology today.
I dont know the answer to this one but id love to know if you are tired or just think you are and if this results in you actually being cold or simply thinking you are.
For example, its quite widely accpted that feeling hungry isnt actually a craving for food more the bodys response to u you thinking about eating and preparing itself for food, the intake of food being something the body actually finds wuite difficult to cope with.
Ah the joys of 5 hour train journeys and text books.
I would not just put it down to a state of mind. I have worked many different shifts over the year & have for last 8 years suffered with feeling freezing when everyone else is saying it's lovely and warm.
I did at one point think this was due to fact i was working nights & not getting much sleep but even when i have worked days for long period that freezing effect never leaves mmmmmmmmmmm & no it's not for the reason my mother thinks & that is that i need more meat on my bones lol so who knows guess it is different for different people.

simple biological reaction..when you're tired more blood transfers to your vital internal organs thus making your extremities feel cold, your blood pressure also drops when you're tired for the same reasons.
Happens to me too - alcohol makes me v tired. I have been known to hog the jacuzzi in chams after a few drinks as I get soooo cold. That said I am happily cold as there is great company there lol
Friend of mine suffers terrible with jet lag induced tiredness so much when we went to India he spent his 1st day in jeans and a fleece and it was 35c !
