Martin - I'm surprised you didn't see this one coming. When you guys first took the site over and amalgamated logins, one of the first things moaned about was the amount of crappy pm's all the females got. Did you honestly not expect this.
That said - there are a lot of positives from the work you've all put in and I do like the layout of the new homepage.
Now as for Dambuster....
Trust me - he's not a moaner (well not all the time :lol: ). It's just a bit frustrating as the point has been made that we want an option to try and discourage spammers and the options offered so far seem to be worded in such a way that it suggests you want more mail off them and this message seems to be falling on deaf ears.
I understand the difficulty of wording - I did struggle when I made a suggestion yesterday. How about something like:
"This user has opted not to receive winks" :dunno:
As for your second point - he's getting plenty wink

And your third point - he's having a great day now - off to go make HLB porn Vol 10 :lol:

It is quite hard, and im not talking about my own bits either!

Martin ... as others have said that promotes the spamming and some of us want less. All along I've asked if non-swingers are part of this community as shock we do have a fair few who are just here for the craic! All along I've been reassued by various members of the 4T that yes they are welcome and yet there's no option to tell people you're here for the banter, we've been badgered by weekly spam telling us to fill our profile in (despite ticking "Don't send me anything" in our profile), we're no longer hidden on the site because despite ticking the "hide my online status" in the profile, it now display exactly where you are in your profile!
Ok I'm moaning redface

I don't want to turn winks off as I do quite like the attention and lets face it swingers or non swingers alike most of us do feel flattered by it. ..... but it's the crappiest one liner ... worse than "want a shag" effectively .. because it gives anyone who can't be bothered to read or write a proper pm a valid way to hassle people!

Back to the matter in hand.... Martin I would definately like to see an auto response that says This member has decided to decline any winks or words to that effect... I haven't been inundated with winks (and that is NOT an invite to start winking me you lot :lol2: ) but I can sympathise with those that do get them...

Right - I've now had the chance to read through all of this thread (it got quite heated at one point) and I think I have the solution... a 'wink circle' lol

Male members of my choice will be invited to join the circle and then we can all 'wink' together, we can 'wink' ourselves stupid if we want, or even 'wink' one another wink

.. so far, on my list I have:
1. Noel, 24, large assets :twisted:
2. Martin, 32, medium assets :lol:
3. Steve, 43, no comment assets rolleyes

Their words, not mine :lol: Who else wants to 'wink'?
