A friend of mine from Denmark admitted to me last week that she had paid for a night of "entertainment" with a professional gentleman back in her home city (and it wasn't just dinner). I was a bit taken aback only inasmuch as I never thought there would be much of a market for guys in this area as any woman I know (including her) are confident enough to take the initiative and find a man for fun without the need for any payment.
Her view was that she didn't want any commitment at the time and also it was bit of a fantasy for her.
Have any ladies here ever harboured the same fantasy and acted on it?
Maybe the Scandinavians have a different attitude to us, but I'm thinking of a new career move to Copehagen (only joking).
Its up to the individual whether women want to pay. Why shouldn't we though some of you guys pay
I have said this before ages ago on here...
I know a few male escorts - they are always busy and earn damn good money!
Mind you they are exceptionally good looking, fit, sexy, well-groomed guys and they always get asked back for seconds.
However, their clients are amongst the highest paid women in the UK. Mostly married and seeking a thrill whilst away on business or single and just too busy to organise a sex life through traditional methods.
Personally i can see the attraction... select a guy you like the look of, make a phone call and he turns up when you want and does exactly what you want. No hassle, no problem. But then again, I am too tight when I know I can get it for free lol
I have to agree with Polo i can see the attraction if your a rich buisness women wno just ain't got the time or can't be bothered to arrange a shag by any other means, personally i would never pay for sex but then again if i had money to throw away and i knew a man of my dreams was only a phone call away maybe i would wink
Not sure he would like me telling but I know a guy local to me who has been a male escort for ladies for about 8 years now.. he is always busy and though makes good money its not always just for sex.. sometimes its just the company on a night out to a casino or something.. one lady so he tells me just likes him to accompany her on holiday just so others think she is attached..
Good money and great conditions if you ask me lol...

It's nothing new either: When my father was at Uni back in the 60's, one of his classmates was a male escort - he made so much money that he used to drive into University each day in a sports car.

A long time ago, I had a job with lots of travel involved. Hotel rooms were of course provided
and at the time I would have loved to have been able to aford a male escort, no messing about wondering if I was reading the signs right, sex when I wanted with no commitment and then being able to kick him out and have the bed to myslelf.. Of course I would have paid, if only I hadnt had too kids at home to provide for!!

could you not have put it down as expences? lol
Having lived not far from Copenhagen, theyre a different breed sexually from people here. The women are in a position of more power and so theyd think nothing of having a hunk ravish her for the night no strings attached. Swinging is actually open and seen as something quite cool. Men have to learn to do the washing up, ironing, cleaning and other stereotypical "womens jobs" cos the women sure as hell won't do it if there is a man around, in my experience.
They are more liberated in the sex department in my experience. Sex shops are more like supermarkets/cosy shops with a lot of them aimed at the couples market and there are much more sex related facilities that I found to be tasteful and inviting. Not to mention sex toys are cheeper and better quality than you find in the uk.
There are a couple (three actually) of sex clubs in Copenhagen and theyre great places however the good looking single guy who wants nsa is quite hard to come by and although the clubs have good facilities, the private rooms are often not lockable.
Personally, I'd pay for a stripper and make sure my rabbit had fresh batteries in. Paying for sex... I'm not sure I would right now, My boyfriend is Danish biggrin :rascal: ;)
I agree with Little gem about Denmark.
I seem to have been reading articles about male gigolos or escorts for years. And that film with Richard Gere was made about 1980.
Mike.
Ooooohh yeah !
I'm just booking my ticket - if I never post again, you know why !

lol  :notes:
This has happened to me twice in my younger days. In my early twenties, I met an older woman who was 'generous' in that I never had to pay for anything when we went out dating and sexing. She did make it obvious that sex was expected but not unconditional. A few years later with a divorcee from a wealthy family. She supplied me with many home items, short holidays and a couple of cars. However her interests were long term and involved children.
The first woman knew about the gigolo business in the south of France and suggested I try my luck down there. Which I did for a season, but subsequently met a chic young Parisian girl and lived with/off her for a month in Paris.
Male prosititutes work troughout the world sucesfully with men and women, its nothing new in some countries. But can get a sudden profiling where laws are relaxed and its taken up by the local population. eg recently in Australia.
So there are less women who 'pay' because there are proportinately more men who pay. And whereas men are happy to do the business part all up front, women will often prefer to have an agent or a more subtle/indirect way of making a payment.
