Ok guys
I really cud do with some help......
Some of you know from a previous post i did zonks ago that ny boss is an absolute tw@
what i need to know is ....about Employee handbooks....
are they something that every company has?
is it a standard type thing eg. all cover the same things at each company?
or is it individual to the company?
and finally I really really need to see my company's one what can i do if there isn't one available.?

Thanks to all those who have Pm'd me with advise etc
I know the above was a bit vague but basically i need to know what my companies discipline and grievance procedures are.....
however after a pm from someone on here .. whether or not i find the employee hand book or not i will be ringing ACAS on monday morning and getting the advise.
