mad :x :x :x :x
Sorry, no steam room.
Is it just me? You meet someone on a site somewhere, you start to chat via it's internal mail system for a while then they say the fatal phrase......
why don't you add me to ... <add IM system of your choice here>
so you do, you are thinking 'hmmm well they've asked me to add them so they must be interested in chatting some more' dunno
Next thing you know,...
a) they hardly ever come on line
b) when they do come online, they go instantly invisible
c) when you see them and say hi, they ignore you
If you don't want to chat to someone WTF would you ask them to add you in the first place :taz:
The rudest thing of all i find is someone adds you then totally blanks you. :x :x :x :x FFS get some balls and just say 'oi i don't wanna chat to you'
grrrrrrrrrrrr
sorry for the rant but i have a low tolerance threshold for rudeness.
Anyone else had this or is it just my aftershave? :dunno:
I am sorry.... I am allergic to aftershave.. and just didn't have the heart to tell ya.

I'm convinced there is a population of IM trainspotters out there. They collect addresses just so they can look and say - see how many friends I have.
These same people go on F***b**k and get themselves added as friends of 'celebrities'.
Sad but predictable.
It happens, but I try to see both sides. The amount of times I've had a "ping" I just couldn't answer doesn't bear thinking about.
Also, have you thought its not you they're hiding from? Remember my ill fated "sub domme" incident? I've been hiding from him for months redface as he just won't take the hint. I can't really block him as he's a friend of friends- and we have "history"....I'd like him to stay a friend, but every time he sees me online, the conversation turns to spanking!
So, I hide rolleyes

Try this
" Hi, listen, I don't want to loose you as a mate, but, Every time we chat you bring the conversation round to your hobby and i'm really not interested to be honest. If you want to chat in the future would you mind staying off that particular subject?"
hey, might work? dunno

back to the point.
It's very rare that I sign in to MSN now as there are so few people showing. Thought they were all avoiding me lol
I know what you mean.... I always sign in as invisible now... but only because whenever I go online I get jumped on by someone who has been stalking me... and to be honest I spend too much time on here to go on MSN I find it distracts me from the most important site! SH of course....

Dear Pete,

Winchy.
I rarely use IM i sit offline if someone is about i wanna chat to then il chat i dont need to be online to do so. Its also why i hardly ever (once in a blue moon) give mine to anyone or add anyone which it does say in my profile doesnt stop all them pms with contact details on though

Flattered as I am, minor celebrity would have been more appropriate

We're scared of you ! :scared:
Joking aside, sometimes it's easier to sign in offline if you've only 2 mins to spare to read emails, I always feel awful when someone says hi and I've no time to talk to them sad

My limit for being able to kick someone in the head is 6'2" He's 6'4

I've been trying a different line of attack though- my best mate is quite sub- and desperate for a shag! They have loads in common & already know eachother from crewing together anyway
Oh, and Pete.......
Not capable......
