ok bare with me on this........
hav'in got absolutely fuck all better to do rolleyes

i was messing about when,for some reason, i decided to copy one of our post,then clicked on new topic and then paste dunno

no i don't know why either confused

but i discovered,when you preview it, under our username it said this

this is wrote where there appears to be a purple line just above the avatar and only appears after copy n paste of a post
so......still having fuck all else better to do i tried it on other peoples profiles and it came up with all sorts of things :lol:
can some one tell me why??? :?

and as such, I think I've cracked it :smug:
It's to do with your post count- something admin have embedded. I've seen it before used on other forums, although the chair sores is a bit odd. Im guessing A few hundred posts= chair sores,up to a couple of thou = Godlike, 2,000+ = super human ramblings......etc
I guess they're thinking up a new one for sassy right now.... bolt

It is to do with post count. It used to actually say the phrase underneath the bar, many moons ago. Whether it works when you float your cursor over the bar, depends which browser you're using.

They've always been there. Originally the words were on show under the purple bar but they got hidden during one of the spats about post counts a couple of years ago. The post counts were only visible via the profiles at one time for the same reason.

I've asked him & apparently anything over 1,000 posts becomes Godlike.
Originally when Mark set the site up he never thought anyone would make more than 1,000 posts ....... so Godlike is as good as it gets ....unless the current owners decide to change it!
