Well, no ones mentioned one of the most famous sex scenes of all time...
Don't Look Now starring Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland.
The sex scene isn't terribly graphic in modern terms; but it's still striking because of the trippy editing, in which shots of the couple making love are intercut with shots of them getting dressed in the morning. That's what made the scene famous, and it still works.
It's also famous because rumours abounded at the time that JC and DS were actually shagging in the scene...
I still find it a turn on (mainly because Julie Christie is a honey!)
Of course the other greatest sex scene is from American Pie 1... The nerd and the girl from Band Camp...

Damn I spotted this thread too late - someone already answered the Madonna q. re: body of evidence (the same film the infamous candle wax scene is in), and Wild Things - I'm a big Denise Richards fan so that and Neve Campbell (also rather cute) together... whoooh (bucket of cold water time). Damn I wanted to be Matt Damon there.
I'd also agree with Sea of Love, and one other (unmentioned so far I think) - not actually that erotic or hot but Madchen Amick's gorgeous, is "Dream Lover".
I'm sure there's another Sharon Stone one that's pretty sexy but it's slipped my memory. Place is rigged with explosives at the end... Al Pacino (I think) er... It's not Sliver (EDIT:though that's got a good scene too up against the wall!).
