We’re C & J, an experienced couple who have been in and around the lifestyle for a number of years and have had some great experiences along the way.

This time around, though, we’re looking to do things a little differently.

For us, the best experiences have always come when there’s a genuine connection first. In the past we’ve usually had a social before meeting again for anything more, but we’d now really like to find people we can get to know properly over a few socials, without feeling like anything needs to happen straight away.

Mutual attraction is important to us — physically, mentally and sexually. We want everyone to genuinely fancy and enjoy each other rather than trying to force a dynamic that isn’t naturally there.

We should probably also point out that we’re not gym bunnies or Mr & Mrs Perfect Body! We’re just a normal, everyday couple who enjoy a laugh, good conversation, plenty of banter and being around people we genuinely click with.

Life is pretty busy for us, so we’re definitely not a “meet tonight?” couple. We need to plan things in advance and appreciate people who understand that. Before meeting, we also prefer chatting together on a messaging platform. It gives everyone a chance to get involved, relax and see whether the chemistry is there.

Experience-wise, we’ve met couples and singles and have also enjoyed small-group experiences in clubs. Although finding another couple we really click with would be great, we’re also very open to meeting single guys or girls where the chemistry is right and potentially exploring a threesome together.

The same approach applies, though. We’re not looking for someone to turn up purely for sex. We’d still want to chat beforehand, meet socially, make sure everyone is comfortable and attracted to each other, and let anything more develop naturally. There’s never an expectation that something has to happen just because we’ve met.

We’ve learned that our preference is definitely something more private and relaxed.

Think chilling on the sofa, a few drinks, lots of laughs and banter, getting comfortable with each other and seeing naturally where the evening goes. No expectations and no pressure.

Ultimately, whether we meet a couple or a single person, we want the social side and connection to be just as enjoyable as anything else that might develop.
